I was not at all impressed with the experience of the service rep that came out. Made assumptions without knowledge of the actual problem. In the past the techs were impressive with knowledge and answer for the problem he came to solve. My problem was a circuit breaker that had gone bad. He should have been able to find that.

They installed an air conditioner four years ago, and the process was really easy. Fast forward to now, the compressor was having problems, so they assigned a technician who was able to quickly identify and fix the problem in minutes. My own home warranty company ( that I have with through a different company) tried to get me to buy a whole new air conditioner , quoting me somewhere between $7,000 and $9,000. When breathe healthier air took care of my mold issues in my duct work for $200, that's exactly why I like to get a second opinion! I like to use a company that I can trust, that's not going to try to pull the wool over my eyes and take advantage of me! It's getting very hard to find honest companies out there, Honesty means everything to me, and people that are honest with me will earn my business again and again, I highly recommend them!
